We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Sanskritishaala Summer Growth Camp for Kids, held on May 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, 2025!

The Sanskritishaala Summer Growth Camp for Kids, held on May 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, 2025, was a grand success, offering children an immersive experience into Indian knowledge systems, yogic practices, cultural values, and creative exploration. Over three impactful days, participants engaged in activities like yogic kriyas, pranayama, chanting, culture quizzes, ethical learning (Yamas and Niyamas), mindful eating, creative games, skits, and self-reflection—nurturing self-awareness, discipline, and a deep appreciation for India’s rich heritage. Thank you to all the children, parents, and mentors for making this camp a truly meaningful and memorable experience.

WHAT IS THE IDEA BEHIND THE SUMMER GROWTH CAMP?

We have designed this 3-day Summer Growth Camp after studying the mental health issues that have emerged as a result of the post-covid electronic gadget addiction (which was there before Covid also but got amplified during Covid) amongst children and adults. The result is kids and also parents no longer know how to have meaningful and enriching conversations anymore. People have forgotten how to enjoy the simple things in life, and everyone is always restless, anxious and bored. We have forgotten how to use our minds and outsourced human functions to gadgets. It is time we changed all that and work towards building a sane society again. And so, this Summer Growth Camp that will bring children together in a fun and engaging environment where they can discover how to be a simple, creative, balanced human being again.

Hi before mentioning how my kid Sanvika enjoyed this program, I want to share a small incident. Yesterday after coming from Sanskritishaala, my kid asked do you know what is dead food? As my answer was no, so she took out the ketchup bottle and explained that it has only 20% tomato puree and remaining all are chemical, so it s dead food and we should throw it. I was like speechless that time. Even she continued to telling me that in my birthday , don’t sing Happy Birthday, sing the same in sanskriti and showed me the same from the book given to her. So it not just, she enjoyed along with she has learned a lot in that short span of time. Really commendable job from you guys. Thanks a lot.
